(i) Ear Notch is the property of the farm or habitat, and not the property of any person.
(ii) The notches are published as the recognized marks of the farms and habitat of the county and the borders - they should not be changed or
exchanged in any way, without the permission of the settlers.
(iii) The two ears are described as seen when following the sheep. The right ear is always described first, starting from the front.
(iiii) If looking for a Notch to start a flock; contact the Society First.
